These terms apply to eDesign packages bought through this website from Own Interior Design Limited, registered in England & Wales.

Scope of an eDesign package

Packages cover standard single-function residential rooms up to 20 sqm. The studio reviews every brief within 48 hours to confirm suitability. If your project falls outside operational scope a full refund is issued immediately.

What you supply

Design work begins once your brief, photographs and a measured plan are in. Room photographs should be unedited, with a minimum of six covering each corner and each wall. A hand-drawn plan is acceptable provided wall lengths, ceiling height, window and door positions, radiators and sockets are marked. The studio is not responsible for a design that does not fit because supplied dimensions were inaccurate.

Revisions

Revision rounds are limited to the number stated in your package. Further rounds are available at the studio’s standard hourly rate, agreed in writing first.

Deliverables and intellectual property

Drawings, visuals and specifications are licensed to you for the single project they were prepared for. Copyright remains with the studio. FF&E lists name products stocked by third parties; availability and price are outside our control, and the studio earns no commission unless it tells you otherwise in writing.

Cancellation

You may cancel for a full refund at any point before the studio issues your first concept. After that, the fee is refundable in proportion to work not yet carried out.

Liability

An eDesign package is a design service, not structural, electrical or building-regulations advice. Anything requiring statutory consent must be checked by an appropriately qualified professional before work starts on site.
