Selected Work · Retail Flagship
Links of London.
Flagship store design and international roll-out for the luxury jewellery brand, delivered at Westfield London — a brief that carried the brand from concept through to opening day.
The Brief
Own. acted as consultant retail designer on Links of London’s new flagship, supporting design development within the store’s Georgian townhouse concept and assisting the project management team through delivery — work that shaped the studio’s approach across the brand’s wider international roll-out.
Project Value

Scope
Flagship Design & Int'l Roll-Out

Flagship Store
Built for scale,
designed for brand.
The Westfield London flagship became the reference point for the wider roll-out — a store built to hold Links of London’s identity consistently as it moved into new formats and new markets.
Union Jack relief detailing, bespoke bookcase display fixtures and back-illuminated signage were specified down to the moulding profile, so every element on site matched the intent on paper.
Design Through Delivery
Detail resolved
before it's built.
Full technical documentation — sales floor layout, charm bar joinery, illuminated Union Jack signage and bookcase display fixtures — carried the concept into a buildable set of drawings, coordinated directly with the contractor on site. The same studio held the brief from first sketch to opening day, so nothing was lost in translation between design and delivery.

International Roll-Out
Golden Hall,
Athens.
The Westfield flagship set the standard for Links of London’s international expansion. In 2016 Own. contributed to the store design proposal for Golden Hall, Athens — carrying the same brand language, fixture standards and finish specification into a new market and a new retail format.

Design Development
Same brand,
new market.
The Athens store carries the flagship’s signature details — the illuminated Links of London sign, the charm bar, the bookcase display wall — adapted to a new site and a different retail footprint.

International Roll-Out · Airport Retail
Heathrow,
Terminal 5.
Airport retail is its own discipline — a high-footfall, dwell-time-driven format with a very different customer journey to a flagship or a concession. Own. developed the store concept for a new Links of London location at Heathrow T5, mapping the customer journey from attract through to delight, and building storytelling into the fit-out through authentic British props.
